If you also find some near you go support them! They made a pretty brave and forward-thinking decision to accept bitcoins. Also it can be a way to meet more crypto enthusiasts in your area.

If you are scared about the price volatility (rightfully) then you should convert them immediately in USD or your main fiat currency. Maybe keep (hodl) 5 to 10% of them in case we go to the moon again 😉 .
